What started as a side hustle became the main focus when I realized brands and agencies deserved better ideas

Passionate about people and big ideas.

I’ve made it my passion to live at the intersection of great creative, strong relationships, and transformational business change while having a whole lot of fun making it happen. My work has specialized in marketing, culture, design, strategy, digital, and brand experience with a proven background leading multidisciplinary design teams of 50+ direct reports and multi-million-dollar projects with agencies in the United States and Canada. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with premier Global brands across North & South America, Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, and Africa.

I started my career working in experiential and sports marketing agencies, but my deep passion for design and strategy led to a dream job working with some of the World’s best creatives at Bruce Mau Design. This journey eventually brought me from Toronto to Los Angeles, where I now reside as a Green Card-holding, proud ex-pat who brings this unique perspective, love, and appreciation for creativity to beautifully designed experiences. I’ve run regional offices, departments, teams, and marquee projects all while remaining deeply immersed in the work.

Most recently, I served as the Managing Director at Optimist Inc, leading the North American business. Before that, I was VP of Brand and Creative Strategy at ASTOUND Group.
